Low-temperature head
The module is intended for printing materials with a printing temperature up to 245 °C. It is optimized for printing mostly with PLA-based materials. You can use it with many filaments that imitate wood, stone, or metal. This is the default head supplied with the Phoenix printer.

Medium-temperature head
This module is the most versatile solution that allows printing with a wide range of materials up to 300 °C. Thanks to the reinforced nozzle, it is possible to print using abrasive materials e.g., with the addition of carbon fiber. This is the default head supplied with the Hydra printer.
High-temperature head
High-temperature head
The module is suitable for advanced engineering materials with printing temperatures up to 450 °C. This head is intended for printing with ultra-polymers such as PEEK or PEKK, also with carbon fiber or glass filling. This module is compatible only with the Hydra printer.

Food-grade & Medical
This module is made entirely of stainless steel, which makes it suitable for printing objects intended to be in contact with food or to be used in medicine. You can print with antibacterial materials that inhibit bacterial growth on the surface of the printed model. The maximum print temperature is 300 °C.

Health & Safety

Safety switch
Quickly disconnect the power in case of a fault or any other accident using the external safety switch. This feature is often required to comply with health and safety regulations in schools and workplaces. The switch can be easily connected to the socket on the side of the printer with no tools needed.
Lamp indicator
Lamp indicator
Install a lamp indicator to have additional information about the actual status of a printer. Health and safety regulations in schools and workplaces often require this feature for compliance. It can be easily installed in the socket at the top of the printer – with no tools needed. The indicator displays green when the printer is idle, blinking green when it finished printing, yellow when it’s printing, and red when there is a failure.
Additional external filter
Additional external filter
The large surface of the filter provides exceptional air filtration. It is recommended particularly for use in rooms with low ventilation and while printing engineering materials while using those polymers integrated filter may not be enough. The filter should be replaced after 2000 hours of work.
Spare internal air filter
Spare internal air filter
Spare filter cartridge for the built-in air filter. The combination of HEPA and active carbon filter removes most of the particles as well as unpleasant smells. Each cartridge has an NFC tag with an individual serial number, so the printer will notify you when it is time to replace it. Each filter should be replaced after 750 hours of work. Filters are sold in packs of 3 and 10. Remember that the filter is required to operate the printer.

Build surfaces

BuildTak
Universal build surface that works well with ABS, PLA, HIPS, Stone, Wood, and Flexible (TPU) filaments. Buildtak creates an optimal bond between the 3D printed object and build surface, allowing for clean and easy removal of the finished object. The surface is attached to a flexible spring steel sheet, which can be easily bent to release the printed model. It is compatible with both Phoenix’s magnetic bed and Hydra’s vacuum bed. 
BuildTak PEI
BuildTak PEI
BuildTak PEI exhibits slightly different adhesion and release properties, which vary depending on the material being printed. In general, BuildTak PEI offers a smoother release of finished prints while BuildTak Original provides a stronger hold during printing. It is an excellent solution for printing PET-G. The surface is attached to a flexible spring steel sheet and can be easily bent to release the printed object. It is compatible with both Phoenix’s magnetic bed and Hydra’s vacuum bed. This pad is not intended for printing ultra-polymers.
Glass
Glass
Glass is not only the most durable but also the most versatile printing surface. Combined with PVA based adhesives (for ex. Dimafix or Magigoo), it can be used to print virtually any available material from PLA to PEEK. A perfectly smooth and flat surface guarantees high precision and accuracy. Compatible only with Hydra vacuum bed.
PEI Sheet
PEI Sheet
1mm thick PEI sheet intended for printing PEEK, PEKK, and PPS. It provides outstanding bonding force, and we advise using raft support because the bonded material might be impossible to remove. Because of the immense holding force, the pad should be considered as single-use. It is recommended only when superior bonding strength is needed - for easier projects, glass surface with water-soluble PVA adhesive is a better choice. This pad is also suitable for printing basic materials. Compatible only with Hydra vacuum bed.

Nozzles

Basic nozzle
 The most cost-effective solution for printing basic materials. 
 The internal geometry of the nozzle is optimized to reduce back-pressure, ensuring a smooth, easy flow of filament while improving the effectiveness of retraction.
 The flat surface tip of the nozzle, which flattens down the layer, is custom machined to each nozzle size. A small nozzle tip gives you high precision, and a wide nozzle tip assists in the smooth printing of higher layers.

These nozzles are a must for printing composite materials filled with carbon or glass fiber but also for high-temperature ultra-polymers. The precisely machined copper body provides excellent thermal conductivity while nano-coating offers exceptional wear resistance.

Stainless steel nozzle
Stainless steel nozzle
Medical grade and food-safe stainless steel nozzles. These nozzles ensure that no harmful particles are transferred into the printed model. Due to the low thermal conductivity, models must be printed slower than with the brass or copper nozzle.
